I offer therapy sessions via Skype or FaceTime.
This allows increased access to therapy for those who cannot attend in person or who are frequent travellers. It is a highly convenient way of working and allows you to work from your laptop, tablet or phone.
We will have an initial session to discuss the process and whether it is the right approach for you.
*Online therapy is not suitable for those who feel suicidal, those who self-harm or have serious mental health difficulties.
